Scope of Services
The service provider agrees to deliver services as outlined in the service plan. Any changes to the scope of work must be mutually agreed upon in writing.
Term and Termination
This agreement remains in effect until either party provides written notice of termination. Either party may terminate the agreement with a standard notice period or immediately if there is a breach of contract.
Fees and Payment Terms
Fees and payment schedules are based on the agreed service package. Invoices must be paid within the specified timeframe, and late payments may incur additional fees.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the engagement.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed, all deliverables created during the service term remain the property of the client. If permitted, the service provider may display non-confidential work for portfolio purposes.
Warranties and Representations
The service provider will perform services professionally and in good faith. The client acknowledges their role in providing timely input and support.
Limitation of Liability
Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through informal discussions, mediation, or arbitration as necessary.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the service provider’s country or region.
Entire Agreement
This document represents the full understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements. Amendments must be made in writing.

Awaken 2 Business Ltd. provides business solutions, including VA support, an IT Helpdesk, and Business Mentoring, under the brand VaVaVoom.
Definitions
Key definitions include ‘Services’, ‘Client’, ‘Confidential Information’, and ‘Force Majeure’.
Services Overview
Services include General, Specialist, Elite Virtual Assistance, IT Support, and Business Mentoring.
Pricing & Payment Terms
Pricing is outlined on our website. Payment is due within 14 days of invoicing. Late payments may result in suspension or termination.
VA Replacement Policy
Free replacements are provided within 6 months. After that, additional fees may apply.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide access, communication, and necessary resources.
Holiday & Sickness Coverage
VaVaVoom will attempt to provide coverage for unavailable VAs.
Confidentiality & Data Protection
All data is confidential. GDPR and privacy laws are upheld.
Service Termination & Cancellation
30-day written notice required. Mid-month cancellations still require full payment for rendered services.
Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the value of the service. No responsibility is taken for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Governed by UK law and resolved through English courts.
Modification of Terms
Awaken 2 Business Ltd may update terms. Continued use implies acceptance.
