In August 2021, we decided to work with Jane Walker and the Purple Community Fund (PCF) upon discovering that our goals are aligned.
The Future is Purple with The Purple Community Fund and Awaken 2 Business
The Purple Community Fund “passionately believes in providing sustainable opportunities so that our beneficiaries can help themselves and their families out of poverty.”
Jane also mentioned that “helping families succeed and fulfill their potential is the spirit of PCF” and as someone who works with VAs from the Philippines I, too share in this belief.

Community Kitchen
During this time of crisis, PCF has started funding a community kitchen to help with feeding programmes. Their team makes and distributes a weekly family-size food pack of rice, canned foods, dried fish or eggs and vegetables to all their students and other families who have no other means of feeding themselves or their children.
As we are moving towards a more profound sense of awareness and aid, we are excited to share with you our joint endeavour – Awaken 2 Betterment. We hope you are with us and support this journey together with The Purple Community Fund.
